HP Deskjet 1120C. Printing in Pink?
Question:
we have a HP deskjet 1120C (professional series) printer which we obtained secondhand. It did not come with an installation CD. The only software download we see on HP site is the Photosmart Essential which we downloaded. However, although texts and graphics are printing OK all colour is coming out pink. (we have installed new cartridges). Our knowledge is pretty limited so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you removed all the little plastic strips you were supposed to. There are some on the top of the cartridges that people sometimes miss.
If that doesn't work:
Clean the nozzles with the HP software. Make sure the heads are aligned.
If that didn't work:
If you bought cheap ink you probably got screwed. If it's HP ink then I would take it back and get some new ones.
